Le yoga de Dasha est une expérience bienfaitrice et joyeuse, il nous inspire un nouvel équilibre du corps et de l'esprit.
Dasha : I would ask "who originally DRAGGED me to yoga?" My mama, she did. I disliked every moment of my first Hatha yoga practice I have to say.
Dasha : Most likely being cozy at home with the family. Oh yes, crazy party days are over...
Dasha : No, I do not follow any special diet. I do not have meat in my ration but that would be it.
Dasha : Yes and I like to keep it very simple when it comes to food. Steamed veggies (broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, potatoes, brussels sprouts you name it !) with a fair drizzle of good olive oil, hint of salt and pepper. When it comes to more 'intelligent ingredients compilations' I let my man do the work - he is a risotto master!
Dasha : During the 'winter season' starting my morning with the cup of warm water (or a hibiscus tea!) and spoon of honey is a must. During the day (especially when I teach a couple of classes) I either keep sipping on the hibiscus tea or coconut water. I like dark chocolate in every form and shape! A slice (or maybe 5 slices:)) of dark chocolate or a banana is a good 'snack' for me. Dinner time - it depends if I teach an evening class but as I mentioned I like to keep it simple. Wine? I would not say 'no' to a good glass of red wine.
Dasha : Taking 10-15 mins of 'quiet time' for myself during the day is a must. Just to be quiet, to breath, to self reflect.
Dasha : In addition to dark chocolate, I am also a huge fan of matcha ice cream, I mean I am extremely huge fan!
Dasha : To know the difference between my 'wants' and 'needs' in every day life.
Dasha : 'Do not impose on others what you yourself do not desire'
